Good news!You can get RM400 discount for buying energy efficient air-conditioner or refrigerator.The government has announced the launch of the SAVE 4.0 rebate program, which will give consumers a RM400 discount on energy-efficient air-conditioners or refrigerators with a SEDA label of 4 or 5 stars. Each electricity bill account is entitled to only 1 RM400 discount.
It is worth noting that each electricity bill account is only entitled to RM200 discount on air-conditioning and RM200 discount on refrigerator, totaling RM400.
Citizens can choose to purchase air-conditioning or refrigerator directly from offline electrical stores, and they need to bring along their electricity bill when purchasing. People can also choose to purchase through Shopee or Lazada, and can only purchase air-conditioners or refrigerators with SAVE 4.0 label.
The offer is limited to the first 250,000 appliances on a first-come, first-served basis.
