Who can understand the customer service staff’s unhappiness? An Asian woman from Malaysia previously expressed her actual experience on TikTok! Crying out that consumers are treating them terribly.

This netizen was employed as a customer service worker at a gas station in Malaysia. On that day, she encountered a senior man. He thought that he had refueled with his credit card before heading to the counter to insert a Bonus Link card. The netizen, however, claimed that he filled up the gas tank. Only before refilling is there a way to enter the point once more.

The man responded right away, asking why Penang can’t but KL can. The woman continued on saying that because they didn’t give the points, it was impossible to earn them with a single swipe.

Perhaps there was a conflict between the two parties when the male unexpectedly spoke a word that deeply upset the woman. He said: “Can’t you understand my simple English?” Later, the woman said that she was going to cry. She is shocked as to why the customer service representative is treated as though she has no education.

She said that she attended university as well and received a Band 5 in MUET! While I am a proficient English speaker, I was unfairly treated today while working as a customer service representative at a petrol station.
