According to a message from Gardenia’s Chief Executive Officer, the prices of Gardenia’s 53 breads and food products will be adjusted. This measure will take effect from September 1, 2022.
Gardenia says it will ensure that the quality of its food is maintained at the best possible level.
According to the letter sent by Gardenia, the wholesale price of 400g Gardenia Original Classic is RM2.55 while the retail price is RM3.00. The existing retail price is RM2.80, which means the price will increase by 20 sen.
As for the 600 grams of Gardenia Original Classic Jumbo, the wholesale price is RM3.60 while the retail price is RM4.30. The current retail price is RM4.00, which means an increase of 30 sen.
