It’s been a while since TNG launched the new mobile top-up Touch ‘n Go Card, have you already switched to the new Touch ‘n Go Card? And transfered the money from your old card to the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
To top up your new Touch ‘n Go Card, you can open Touch ‘n Go eWallet, then select the amount you want to top up and place the new Touch ‘n Go Card on the back of your phone for 5 seconds to complete the top up.
If you still have money on your old Touch ‘n Go Card, you can choose to withdraw it and transfer it to the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
Note! Using the MyTouchnGo Portal to request a withdrawal is only available to those who have previously registered online. If your Touch ‘n Go Card has not yet been registered with MyTouchnGo Portal, you can register now and only then request a withdrawal.
