According to the news issued by Hong Leong Bank, 2 branches will be closed on Friday, 20 May 2022. The closure of these two branches has been approved by the National Bank.
The Hong Leong Bank branch at Taman Bangi Avenue, Kajang, Selangor will be closed and its operations will be transferred to the branch in Sungai Mau Jaya, Selangor. The branch at Publika Shopping Gallery in Kuala Lumpur will close on 20 May and its operations will be transferred to the branch in Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.
The last day of business for these 2 banks will be Friday 20 May 2022. Although the business will be relocated to other branches, members’ account numbers and related services will remain unchanged.
As of today, there are 234 branches and 1,018 self-service kiosks throughout Malaysia. With the popularity of Internet Banking, many banking services can now be done online, and Hong Leong Bank is also in the process of adjusting the number of branches.
