UTC adjusts office hours during Ramadan.
Notice! During Ramadan, UTC alters its office hours, so if you’re going to UTC for government business soon, keep that in mind.
All government departments in our country’s Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) will change their office hours throughout Ramadan. Monday through Sunday, UTC is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The dates for implementation are April 2 to May 1.
UTC, on the other hand, will be closed for 2 hours and 30 minutes at noon, while UTC in West Malaysia will be closed every day from 12:14 noon to 2:45 pm. Sarawak UTC has a lunch break from 11.45 a.m. until 2.15 p.m. Lunch is served from 11.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sabah UTC.
Notice! On May 2, the eve of Hari Raya, UTC will be open for half a day. On May 2, the museum will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. On May 3 and 4, there will be two days off for Hari Raya.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) such as wearing masks, maintaining physical distance as much as feasible, and using MySejahtera for check-in are all encouraged.
