After using the rapid antigen test kit, the Ministry of Health advises the public to update their covid-19 self-test results on MySejahtera. The public is required to update the test result at MySejahtera regardless of whether the test result is negative or positive.
Previously, updating your test results at MySejahtera required merely filling out a form and selecting whether the results were negative, positive, or invalid. However, the most recent version of the MySejahtera system will require users to share a photos of their tests kit.
You must take a photo of the rapid antigen test kit after using it and upload it to MySejahtera.
If you’re positive, you’ll need to isolate yourself at home. Those who have been fully vaccinated only need to isolate for seven days, while those who have not been vaccinated or have only been partially vaccinated need to isolate for ten days. If the confirmed individual has serious symptoms during the isolation period, they should seek medical care immediately at a hospital or clinic.
The procedure for updating the self-test results in MySejahtera is straightforward: simply go to the MySejahtera homepage and click on the COVID-19 Self Test. Then choose Update Self Test Result, fill in the relevant information, and upload a photo to complete the process.
