Jollibee, a popular fast food chain in the Philippines, has its first branch in West Malaysia at Sunway Pyramid!
According to the Malaysia Shopping Mall Facebook page, the first Jollibee fast food restaurant in Western Malaysia is located in Sunway Pyramid and is currently undergoing renovation!
The location is located at Sunway Pyramid ( LG2. 126).

Jollibee was established in the Philippines in 1978 by Chinese Filipino Mr. Chen Juezhong. It started out as an ice cream store, but gradually expanded its food offerings to its current format!
Jollibee has about twice as many outlets as McDonald’s in the Philippines! In the Philippines, Jollibee has a huge lead over McD’s, with almost the entire Philippine market to itself!
There are two reasons why Jollibee dominates the Philippine market, the first is because Filipinos like “sweet”, so instead of just ketchup, they use banana ketchup! And then, Jollibee’s unique meals, such as pasta/rice/fried chicken…etc., completely capture the appetite of Filipinos!
