E-wallets are becoming more and more common in China, and I believe that every month you will have at least 1 e-wallet account on hand. So do you know which e-wallet platforms support withdrawals to bank accounts? Here we will show you.

1. BigPay

To withdraw money from BigPay to your bank account, there are 2 ways for users. The first method is to transfer money directly by DuitNow Transfer, and the second method is to use Local Bank Transfer, and by withdrawing money by DuitNow Transfer, you can receive the money immediately at the bank, while using Local Bank Transfer, it takes 1 business day to receive the money.

Users can open BigPay, go to Payment section and see the functions of DuitNow Transfer and Local Bank Transfer.

It is worth mentioning that BigPay supports users to top up their credit card with RM1,000 per month and over RM1,000 will be charged.

2. Touch ‘n Go eWallet

Touch ‘n Go eWallet supports 2 ways to withdraw money, the first way is through GO+’s withdrawal function and the second way is through eWallet’s DuitNow Transfer function.

If you are trying to withdraw money through the GO+ withdrawal function, it will take 1 business day for you to receive the money. If you want to use the DuitNow Transfer function of eWallet, you will receive the money immediately at the bank.

However, it is important to note that Touch ‘n Go eWallet has started to split the balance in eWallet into transferable and non-transferable amounts. The amount of money loaded from credit card to eWallet will be categorized as non-transferable.

According to TNG’s website, each user can have a maximum of RM5,000 per month from credit cards to be classified as transferable, and any amount over RM5,000 will be classified as non-transferable.

3. Boost

Boost eWallet also supports the DuitNow transfer function, users can open the Boost eWallet and go to the Transfer function. Then you can transfer money to your bank account in the DuitNow way.

However, it is important to note that Boost only supports transfers to recipients with a cell phone number as their DuitNow number. If your DuitNow number is not your cell phone number, you will not be able to transfer money from Boost to your bank. Also users can only transfer money to other people, not to the cell phone number they use to register for Boost to transfer money.

4. Lazada Wallet

Lazada Wallet also supports transfers to banks. Users can only withdraw twice a month and the minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per withdrawal and the maximum withdrawal amount is RM1,000, with a maximum withdrawal of RM1,000 per month.

Users must ensure that the bank account information provided is in the same name as Lazada Wallet when making a withdrawal request.

To withdraw money from Lazada Wallet to your bank account, you can go to Lazada Wallet and select Withdraw.

5. ShopeePay

To withdraw money from ShopeePay to your bank, you can open ShopeePay and select Withdrawal. users who have not yet added their bank account details can add their bank account details and receive the money within 3 business days.

However, you should pay special attention to the fact that ShopeePay blocks those users who swipe credit card points. If you often add credit from your credit card and then withdraw from ShopeePay, then your ShopeePay account may be blocked.
