19/03/2024

A Tajikistani content creator, Duroyeva, who left the country and made videos to share her experiences of living in the country, said in fluent Malay that she missed being able to take a shower every day in the country.

The website “WORLD OF BUZZ” said the beauty of living in Malaysia is that while locals may not think much of their daily lives, for foreigners, there are some things about our way of life that they miss when they leave.

One of them is Doloyeva, who now misses bathing the most every day.

She shared that it is snowing in Tajikistan right now, so she doesn’t bathe every day.

“We usually bathe every two weeks or once a week, and the last time I bathed, I was sick for a week. That’s what happens if you shower every day in Tajikistan in the winter.”

Also, she misses wearing only one layer of clothes because in Tajikistan, she has to wear at least 2 to 3 layers of clothes due to the cold weather.

Talking about the 3rd thing she misses in Malaysia, Duroyeva also mentioned that in Tajikistan, people are not used to signaling to vehicles while crossing the street.

She said, “There is no such thing here. after 2 seconds, you become an Indian pancake on the road.”
