According to Ambank, 2 branches will be closed and merged with other branches on 30 September 2022. The affected branches are AmBank Jasin and AmBank Kuala Kangsar.
The operations of AmBank Jasin will be transferred to AmBank Tangkak and the operations of AmBank Kuala Kangsar will be transferred to AmBank Bercham.
AmBank customers’ bank accounts will not be affected in any way as the business of the relevant branches will be transferred to the new branches. Users will continue to have access to cash transfer machines (CDM), cheque processors (CQM) and automated teller machines (ATM) as usual.
Users can also continue to use AmOnline Internet Banking to process various transactions. Those who have not yet registered with AmOnline can do so now to enjoy the convenience of internet banking and to conduct banking transactions anytime, anywhere.
