According to the official website of eRumah Johor, there are 11 affordable housing projects in Johor open for application. The houses open for application are Taman Pagoh Jaya 1, Taman Pagoh Jaya 2, Taman Dato’ Chellam, Taman Seri Semerah, Rumah Bandar Laman Putra, Taman Scientex Kota Tinggi, Taman Bukit Perdana Fasa 6, Senadi Hills, Taman Selesa Indah, Taman Saujana and Taman Pulai Mutiara.
Interested friends can visit https://erumah.johor.gov.my/ePerumahan/home/id-DaftarAkaun.htm to register an account. After filling in all the information, you can log in to the account and select the housing plan you want to apply for.
After completing the application, you need to send the relevant additional documents in person to PEJABAT SETIAUSAHA KERAJAAN JOHOR (Bahagian Perumahan). After review, the relevant authorities will ask the applicants to draw lots, and the lucky ones can buy houses.
It is said that many Chinese have successfully applied for affordable housing in Johor.

3. Aged 18 or above.
