Use Touch ‘n Go RFID to pay for fuel at Shell stations and get RM10 cash rebate.
To encourage people to buy fuel electronically, Touch ‘n Go has partnered with Shell petrol stations to allow users to purchase fuel through Touch ‘n Go RFID. If you use RFID to purchase fuel 4 times, you will get RM10 cashback.
Attention! You must purchase fuel 4 times by RFID and then the minimum purchase is RM50 each time to get RM10 cashback. Offer is limited to the first 20,000 eligible persons.
This offer is available from December 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023 at selected Shell stations.
The so-called RFID way to fill the car is, the car owner does not need to go to the gas station counter or at the pump manually enter the information to fill, the station’s RFD Reader will automatically detect the vehicle, and read the vehicle’s RFID Tag information. The RFD Reader at the station will automatically detect the vehicle and read the vehicle’s RFID tag information. The owner can lift the fuel gun to refill the car directly after arriving at the station. The cost of refueling will be automatically deducted from the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
You need to activate this feature in Touch ‘n Go eWallet when refilling your car for the first time using RFID. You can open the Touch ‘n Go eWallet and click on the Shell icon to activate it. After successfully activating this feature, you can then go to a specific Shell station to refill your car.
You need to find the RFID-enabled fuel pump and watch the screen above, if a green light appears, your vehicle is recognized. If a yellow pump appears on the screen, the pump is ready, and a green pump means you can start refueling.
