WhatsApp has been introducing new features recently, and Message Reactions allows people to respond to a message by tapping on an Emoji using an emoji, but at first users can only respond with six available emoji, including “Like, Love, Tears of Joy, Surprise, Cry Face and high five”. Just yesterday (July 11), Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced on Facebook that they are introducing more emojis for users to respond to.
Along with the new announcement, Mark Zuckerberg listed a few of his personal favorite emoji.
With this update, users will see six emoji displayed on the page when they long press on one of the messages, with a “+” sign on the far right of the emoji to view all the other emoji. At this stage, the editorial office has not received the update from WhatsApp, have you?
