Vitamin A

Astaxanthin
Astaxanthin is also a kind of carotene, which can help increase retinal blood flow, restore fatigue caused by eye tension, promote eye focus function, and prevent cataracts. Its antioxidant capacity is 550 to 1000 times more than vitamin E! You can get astaxanthin from redfish or shellfish such as salmon, salmon eggs, shrimp, and crab. The daily intake is 4 to 12 mg.

Zeaxanthin
Zeaxanthin is one of the very important substances in the macula of the retina and one of the components of carotene. Zeaxanthin helps prevent vision loss caused by aging, and also reduces the risk of cataracts.
