How to request for a refund/compensation from Shopee seller:
Step 1: Make sure you have the following status.
– You can check the status of the package online and request a refund from the Shopee seller immediately if the item is shown to be damaged.
– Once received your package, you should check of any incomplete products (quantity or missing accessories), incorrect products (wrong size, wrong color, different products) or products with physical damage (dents, scratches, broken), etc.
– Packages ordered are late or not received.
Step 2: Request for a refund from Shopee.
– Click on “My Order” in Shopee, select “Return and Refund”, attach and fill in the relevant information required.
