In recent years, the public’s awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased. Waste utilization is no longer to save money, but to fully utilize resources and reduce waste.
South Korea has realized the use of coffee grounds to refine oil, and Ford in the United States has tried to use it to manufacture auto parts. As you can see, coffee grounds can be used in unimaginable ways. So, what can we do with coffee grounds at home? Keep in mind that coffee grounds need to be completely dried and dehydrated to keep longer, otherwise they will become moldy.
1. Natural Scrubs
The most natural scrubs are made by mixing 1 part coffee grounds and 1 part body wash/body oil. If you want to add moisturization, you can mix 1 more part of skin cream. The fine particles of coffee grounds are more powerful than commercially available scrubs in removing dead skin cells.
2. Deep cleansing of scalp and hair follicles
Frequent hair loss? Oily scalp? Put a pinch of coffee grounds on your scalp and gently swab it to give your scalp a deep clean.
3. Dehumidification
Fill an empty jar with coffee grounds and place it in a damp cupboard to eliminate moisture. In addition, it can be used as a natural fragrance.
4. Remove sink dirt
Kitchens and toilets are most prone to stains, which are difficult to clean with a brush alone. Sprinkle some coffee grounds on the stained area and then gently wipe it.
