One of the best sources of nutrition is a natural diet, and experts recommend consuming at least 20 minerals and 15 vitamins every day. Although there are a variety of supplements on the market, it is after all better to consume a natural diet. So what is the best diet to replenish our body’s daily nutritional requirements?

Garlic

Garlic contains sulphur compounds that have excellent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects on the body, so it is important to eat at least a few slices raw each day. However, if the pungency and flavour of garlic is a little too much for you, simply cook it slightly before serving.

Onions

Onions, garlic and ginger also have the same good antioxidant content, with the added benefit of lowering cholesterol levels. Due to the nutritional value of onion skins, if you are making a soup, it is best to wash the whole onion and cook it with the skins on.

Green tea

Japanese drink green tea almost every day, and they start their wellness efforts with green tea and fermented foods. Green tea contains high levels of antioxidants and is very effective in preventing dementia and adult diseases. It is recommended to drink one or two cups a day, but not at night as the caffeine in green tea can cause insomnia.

Carrots

Carrots contain good carotenoids, vitamins and dietary fibre, which have anti-ageing properties, improve lung function and prevent diabetes. If you can, cook carrots and eat them with the flesh, but some people don’t like carrots and stir them into juice, which reduces the absorption of carotenoids.

Brown rice

Brown rice has more and better nutrients than white rice, which is not nutritious. Brown rice is good for blood vessels, gastrointestinal tract, diabetes and liver disease and would be better as a daily staple.

Apples

Apples have good vitamins and dietary fibre, especially pectin, which produces high levels of lactic acid bacteria in the intestines, preventing constipation and keeping the intestines clean.

The above nutrients are something you need to consume every day. Sometimes it is difficult to eat these foods every day, but at least a few times a week. It’s better to eat them than not!
