From September, Maybank will change the conversion rate for points redemption of the credit card!
Users of Maybank credit cards, take note! Beginning in September, Maybank will change the conversion rate of point redemption!
The calculating mechanism for converting TreatsPoints from Maybank credit card points to Air Miles will change starting on September 1st, 2022, per a Maybank notice.
The first 5,000 TreatsPoints can be exchanged for 1,000 Air Miles while using The Platinum Card. But as of September, you may only exchange 7,000 Treats points for 1,000 Air Miles points.
There are now more points needed to exchange for Air Miles due to a change in the TreatsPoints conversion rate for all credit cards.
