Use TNG RFID at a Shell to earn RM10 cashback.
If you use Touch ‘n Go RFID to pay for gas at Shell stations, you will receive a RM10 cashback.
Touch ‘n Go collaborates with Shell gas stations to encourage people to pay for fuel electronically, and users can purchase fuel using Touch ‘n Go’s RFID. You can get a RM10 cash rebate if you use RFID to purchase fuel four times.
Notice! To receive the RM10 cash rebate, fuel must be purchased four times via RFID, with a minimum consumption of RM50 each time. The offer is only available to the first 20,000 people who qualify.
From December 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023, this promotion will be available at select Shell petrol stations. At the moment, many Shell petrol stations in Klang Valley support RFID fuel purchases.
The RFID method of refuelling the car eliminates the need for the owner to go to the gas station counter or manually enter the information to refuel at the gas pump. The RFD Reader at the gas station will automatically detect the vehicle and read the vehicle’s RFID Tag information. When the car owner arrives at the gas station, he or she can directly lift the oil gun to refuel the vehicle. Fuel expenses will be deducted automatically from the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
To use RFID to fuel your car for the first time, you must first activate this feature in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet. To activate Touch ‘n Go eWallet, open it and then click the Shell icon. After successfully activating the feature, you can fill up your car at select Shell gas stations.
You must first locate a fuel pump that supports RFID refuelling and then look at the screen above; if there is a green light, your vehicle has been identified. A yellow gas pump on the screen indicates that the gas pump is preparing, while a green gas pump indicates that you can begin refuelling.
