If your unifi bill is on the 28th of the month, your bill date will be adjusted from 28th to 22nd from February 2022 onwards. This means that your bill that would have been issued from January 28 to February 27 will be issued earlier than February 22.
Unifi will notify customers via SMS, email, myunifi APP, etc. Customers will be notified by SMS within 5 days of the bill being sent out, and customers will be notified by email, myunifi APP or unifi Portal within 7 days. As for paper bills, they will be sent out within 7 days.
