According to Bernama’s report, the Meteorological Department has forecasted high temperatures and haze in the country from July to September, owing to external influences.
Due to the dry climate in Indonesia, the tropical storm in the Philippines will cause dry weather on the Malaysian peninsula, as well as forest fires. The haze would be thrown towards my nation by the southwest monsoon, causing haze.
On May 10, the Meteorological Department said that our country will begin the southwest monsoon season on May 14. Because the wind direction is fixed from the southwest during the southwest monsoon season, the air humidity may be relatively low and the airflow more stable. This may result in fewer gloomy and wet days, as well as fewer thunderstorms and heavy rain. There could be more dry days ahead.
Nonetheless, heavy winds and thunderstorms will be present in the morning along the west coast of the peninsula and in northern Sabah, as is typical of the Squall Line.
The months of July to September are always hot and dry. There will be a haze throughout these months, based on prior years’ experiences. However, sometimes the haze is just mild, and after a few years it becomes so bad that schools must close.
