UMWT has received about 5,200 orders for the new Toyota Veloz, which is expected to be officially launched in the near future.
According to the news from UMW, the agent of Toyota Malaysia, the Toyota Veloz has received about 5,200 orders since it opened for reservation on June 24. However, the car has not been officially launched yet after more than 2 months.
Toyota Veloz’s sister car, Perodua Alza, has received about 51,000 orders and 7,682 units of Alza have been delivered to customers, Perodua Alza is about RM20,000 cheaper than Toyota Veloz.
Although the Toyota Veloz is not yet officially launched, Toyota has already announced the details of the Toyota Veloz, such as the Toyota Veloz will be powered by a 1.5L Dual VVT-i four-cylinder natural intake engine and CVT transmission, with a power performance of about 106PS and 137Nm maximum torque.
The Toyota Veloz is equipped with essential safety features such as Collision Warning System (PCS), Automatic Cruise Control (ACC), and Electronic Power Braking (EPB), and a 9-inch screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support.
At a price of RM95,000, with a 90% loan and 2.50% interest rate, you will have to pay RM1,195 per month for a 7-year loan and RM969 per month for a 9-year loan.
