Touch ‘n Go has recently issued a letter advising vehicles that have been installed with RFID not to use other channels to pass through, or there may be a situation where the toll is deducted twice. If you find that the toll is deducted twice, you can apply to Touch ‘n Go to claim back the overpaid toll.
