TNG has tightened up its Touch ‘n Go eWallet reload rules.
Many Touch ‘n Go eWallet users have recently received an official email from TNG warning them that they should not use their credit cards to cash in on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and that if they are caught doing so again, they may face having their accounts blocked or having certain features disabled.
TNG urges users not to swipe their credit cards through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet and then cash out through GO+ or DuitNow, as this is a violation of TNG’s terms and conditions.
Since Touch ‘n Go eWallet added the DuitNow transfer feature, many users are using Touch ‘n Go eWallet DuitNow transfer to cash out their credit cards and earn Cashback. ‘n Go eWallet to recharge their credit card and then use DuitNow to transfer money directly to their bank account.
TNG urges users to use the Touch ‘n Go eWallet properly, such as using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet to pay at retail stores, using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet to pay parking fees or tolls, etc.
