TNG eWallet still malfunctioning, people can use TNG cards and RFID to pay tolls!

The Touch ‘n Go eWallet began to malfunction in the afternoon of June 17 and was still not back to normal as of 6:30 p.m.

 

According to a posting on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Facebook page, Touch ‘n Go eWallet is experiencing technical problems, so all Touch ‘n Go eWallet services are affected.

 

During this time, people can still use their Touch ‘n Go Cards and RFID to pay tolls and parking fees, but they need to make sure they have a sufficient balance. People can also recharge their Touch ‘n Go Cards at physical reload stations.

 

Touch ‘n Go eWallet said it will try to rescue and restore normalcy in the shortest possible time, people are urged to remain patient.

 

It is known that Touch ‘n Go eWallet started to malfunction at around 2pm on June 17, 2022, and people have complained about the inconvenience caused by Touch ‘n Go eWallet malfunction.
