Technical problems are plaguing TnG eWallet! Many online users have been complaining about being automatically logged out of their TnG eWallet accounts and being unable to log back in since this morning (May 17) at around 10 a.m. They are now upset and demanding the corporation take action as a result!
Many online users flooded the TnG eWallet official Facebook page with complaints, alleging automated account logouts and even the inability to recharge, raising questions about whether or not their RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) can still be utilized effectively.
TnG hasn’t yet offered any clarification about the matter, but it’s thought that the business is actively trying to find a solution.
