Touch ‘n Go eWallet opened for sale at 10 a.m. on Aug. 25, and too many people snapped up the new TNG cards, causing Touch ‘n Go eWallet to lag at one point.

People spent a lot of time to buy the new TNG cards, and some netizens said they were in the process of buying from 10am to 12 noon, but they were stuck in the payment stage and finally couldn’t make the purchase.

Some people also said they tried to pay more than 20 times before they finally managed to pay. The public has blasted TNG for encouraging users to use TNG cards, but not getting the system right, wasting everyone’s time to make the purchase.

Some netizens passed on the trick, that is, do not rush to make payment after placing an order, but wait until the traffic peak of the system has passed, and then make payment, so that the new TNG card can be purchased smoothly.

The new TNG card supports the function of topping up with a cell phone, so users can simply place the new TNG card on the back of their cell phone to top it up smoothly. Due to the global outbreak of chip shortage, the new TNG card faces the same problem and therefore cannot be produced in large quantities.

TNG card is known to be available for sale every two weeks, and each time falls on a Thursday at 10 a.m.
