There are 14,944 new Covid-19 cases, including 31 deaths.

Yesterday, the Health Ministry reported 14,944 additional Covid-19 cases, bringing the total number of illnesses detected in the country to 4,307,529 since the epidemic began.

Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, the director-general of the Ministry of Health, said in a statement today that 31 individuals died yesterday, including six who died before being taken to the hospital.

Since the commencement of the epidemic, 35,259 people have died in Malaysia as a result of the novel coronavirus.
