According to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri’s announcement, government will distribute the grants to 3.8 million extremely poor families and B40 low-income families nationwide and each family will receive RM300.
The Special Assistance for Covid (BKC) is an assistance program launched by the government in response to the covid epidemic. BKC is distributed in 3 phases, namely in September, November and December.
Beneficiaries will receive BKC through their bank accounts starting Monday, Dec. 29. for those who do not have a bank account, they can receive cash at the nearest BSN bank.
The government will distribute assistance to special hardship families based on the database of JKM, e-Care and 2021 BPR.
