The fourth phase of STR assistance will be distributed in phases starting from November 7. STR assistance recipients who do not have a bank account can also go to BSN to receive the assistance in cash from November 7.

Recipients who have previously provided bank accounts can receive assistance funds directly through their bank accounts, while people without bank accounts can also go to the nearby National Savings Bank (BSN) counter to receive assistance funds. You need to bring your MyKad when going to the BSN counter to collect the assistance.

If the beneficiary cannot go to BSN to receive the aid in person, the beneficiary can send a representative to receive the aid. However, the representative needs to bring relevant supporting documents, and the representative must be the representative (Wakil) filled in by the beneficiary when applying for assistance.

The representative (Wakil) must bring 4 documents when receiving the aid, namely the beneficiary’s MyKad (original or copy), the representative’s MyKad, documents that can prove the relationship between the representative and the beneficiary, and documents that can prove the relationship between the representative and the beneficiary. Documents proving that the recipient is unable to go to BSN in person to receive the assistance.

In the document proving the relationship between the representative and the beneficiary, parents can help their children receive aid, but they must bring their child’s birth certificate with them. The spouse can also help the recipient receive the assistance, that is, bring the marriage certificate or the child’s birth certificate. Children can help their parents receive assistance, that is, bring their own birth certificate to BSN.

If brothers and sisters want to help the recipient receive assistance, they must bring the recipient’s birth certificate and their own birth certificate. When Sun Tzu helps recipients receive assistance, they need to bring their own birth certificates and their parents’ birth certificates.

Next, the representative needs to bring documents that prove that the recipient cannot go to BSN to receive the aid in person. If the recipient works in a foreign country, he or she needs to show the employer’s certification. If the beneficiary is receiving treatment in a hospital, proof of hospitalization is required. If the beneficiary has limited mobility, he/she needs to produce documents that prove the beneficiary’s limited mobility, such as a doctor’s certificate, disease certificate, etc.
