The Johor state government will give each primary school student RM150!

Primary school children in Johor will get RM150, according to the  Johor State Minister Datuk Ong Hafez. This is a programme run by the BKBJ, or Bantuan Kasih Bangsa Johor.

Primary school children in Johor can get a RM150 per person through the Bantuan Khas Persekolahan. The state government of Johor set up RM18.5 million to administer the special school assistance scheme, which will benefit 123,361 primary school kids.

In addition, the state government of Johor would grant RM500 in aid to new students pursuing diploma courses, with freshmen receiving RM1,000.
