Selangor offer a 50% off on traffic summons.
According to the Selangor Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Team, people in Selangor can pay traffic tickets at the Selangor Police Station’s traffic police counter on December 20 and 21, and receive a 50% discount.
This 50% discount on traffic fines will be available on December 20 and 21, 2022, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can pay the outstanding fines at the Selangor Police Station’s traffic police counter.
However, it is important to note that this 50% discount on traffic tickets does not apply to not obeying traffic lights, using emergency lanes, dangerous driving, double-lane overtaking, traffic accident tickets, tickets in court proceedings, non-discountable tickets (NC), and some tickets received during lorry and security operations.
Furthermore, Kedah’s traffic police counters provide a 50% discount on traffic tickets. People in Kedah state can pay their tickets at the traffic police counter from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on December 17th and 19th. The 50% discount does not apply to certain traffic tickets.
