On June 27, BKM assistance’s second phase will be distributed. To find out if they have received the aid, members of the public can check their bank accounts.
The second phase of BKM will begin disbursing on June 27, 2022 (Monday), according to a message from Finance Minister. The BKM help will be distributed over the nine days, from June 27 to July 5.
A total of 8.6 million people will benefit from the second phase of BKM assistance, including 4 million households with monthly incomes of not more than RM5,000, 1.2 million widowed and single seniors with monthly incomes of not more than RM5,000, and 3.4 million singles with monthly incomes of not more than RM2,500.
The BKM assistance will be given out in stages since there are too many beneficiaries; family units would get help first, then single people. From June 27 to July 5, nine days will pass before the final aid payments are made.
You can be patient if you did not get your assistance by June 27. After July 5, if you still haven’t gotten your aid, get in touch with LHDN for more information.
