The rapid antigen test kit may be reduced to RM10!
According to the news sent by Noor Hisham, Director of Ministry of Health, the rapid antigen detection kit may be reduced to RM10. The low price of the rapid antigen detection kits helps to block the spread of the virus.
The original price of the rapid antigen detection kit is about RM39.90. The government announced that the retail top price will be lowered to RM19.90 and the wholesale top price will be lowered to RM16 from September 5. It is not excluded that it will be further lowered to RM10.
Up to now, Medical Device Authority(MDA) has approved 18 rapid antigen detection kits, which are Salixium, Gmate, Beright, Alltest, JusChek, Longsee, Sichuan Xincheng, Flowflex, STANDARD Q, ProDetect, NEWGENE, Lituo, GRUENBANKA, Humasis, LYHER, Roche, etc.
