The pavilion management apologises for the tourist-involved Christmas tree incident.

Pavilion Kuala Lumpur has expressed regret for the incident involving a Singaporean customer being struck by a Christmas tree limb.

The administration of the shopping centre expressed apologies for the event that occurred on Monday, December 25, and said that its safety and medical teams arrived quickly to assist the customer in getting the necessary medical assistance at the closest clinic.

It stated in a statement on Monday that “the shopper had a minor graze and appreciated the prompt action from the management and is in communication with him.”

According to Pavilion KL, the Christmas tree was quickly roped off to protect the safety of all patrons. Every ornament will have a comprehensive inspection to guarantee its integrity and safety.

“We will continue to take all precautionary measures to ensure shoppers enjoy the year-end festivity with peace of mind as safety and security remain our utmost priority,” said the statement.
