The Meteorological Department has issued a weather forecast for the coming week, with several states in the country expected to receive persistent rainfall!
The weather forecast for the coming week from December 26 to January 1 was released by the Meteorological Department of Malaysia on December 25 at 1:00 noon, and several states in the country will see monsoon rains from December 27 to January 1. The low pressure in the South China Sea will cause rainfall in several parts of the country.
Among them, the eastern part of Sabah will have persistent rainfall from December 27 to 30, while the western part of Sarawak will have persistent rainfall from December 29 to December 31. As for Johor, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan, there will be persistent rainfall from December 30 to January 1.
Strong winds and high waves will be seen in the South China Sea from December 26 to January 1, affecting areas along the east coast of the peninsula.
The public is urged to be more sensitive to weather changes, and the Meteorological Department will continue to track changes and issue weather warnings when necessary.
