The Meteorological Department again issued a yellow and orange rainstorm warning in the afternoon, and the public was urged to increase their vigilance.
The Meteorological Department issued an orange rainstorm warning for Kelantan and Terengganu as there will be continuous heavy rains in these two states until 18th December. There will be high river water levels in Kelantan and Terengganu if the rain continues but there is no eliminate large-scale floods.
The Meteorological Department also issued yellow rainstorm warnings for parts of Kedah, Penang, Perak, Pahang, and Selangor. There will be continuous rainfall in these areas until December 18.
