Chinese New Year is coming! Since the Lunar New Year is a national public holiday, all domestic express delivery companies will be on vacation during the Lunar New Year. Packages will not be delivered to recipients during holidays.
In conjunction with the arrival of the Lunar New Year, various express delivery companies have announced the Cut-off Date, which is the last date the express delivery company will process packages before the Lunar New Year. If you want your package to arrive during Chinese New Year, you must mail it before this date.
The last mailing date for SPX Express and Pos Laju before the Chinese New Year is February 8 in West Malaysia and February 6 in East Malaysia. J&T’s cut-off date in West Malaysia is February 5 and in East Malaysia is February 1.
Ninja Van’s cut-off date is February 5th in West Malaysia and February 2nd in East Malaysia. DHL’s cut-off date for West Malaysia is February 5th and East Malaysia’s cut-off date is February 3rd.
If you mail a package after the Cut-Off Date, the recipient may have to wait until after the Chinese New Year to receive the package, and the courier company may not process the package until after the Chinese New Year.
