The daughter was worried about her father’s hunger on the way back to work in Singapore, so she made potato and chicken meat buns by herself, but her father worried that “child’s love” would be stuck at the customs, so he eat all the buns at the station!
He couldn’t bear to inform his daughter that he couldn’t bring the buns into the country since there was a little chicken meat in there. He spent an hour and a half at the Laing terminus eating the daughter’s homemade love buns in an effort to repay the child’s kindness.
Afterward, the father stated in a media interview that he had been working in Singapore for eight years as a bus captain with Singapore’s New Rapid Transit (SBS).
