The system of CIMB Bank is suspected to have a major failure. The user cannot transfer money or log into the account!

On September 13, CIMB began to experience system failures, and various banking transactions could not be successfully completed! Some users were unable to log in to CIMBClicks smoothly, some users were unable to transfer money smoothly, some users indicated that they could not use the CIMB credit card smoothly in the shopping mall, and even the users could not withdraw money at ATM.

What the CIMB Clicks website display is “Important Notice CIMB Clicks is currently experiencing intermittent transfer issues with Instant Transfer and DuitNow QR/Mobile no services. Alternatively, please use Interbank GIRO (IBG).”

CIMB’s Facebook is replying to the user’s message “any inconvenience caused is much retired. we are fixing it now and will bring the service back to you asap.”, that is, it will try its best to repair the fault and hope the user can understand.
