TM has not announce the actual launching date for Unifi Mobile 5G !
The actual launch date for Unifi Mobile 5G has yet to be confirmed by TM yet!
In December of last year, TM took part in the National Digital Corporation (DNB) 5G network trial and will now begin pilot trials in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya. However, no news of TM releasing commercial 5G has surfaced in nearly six months.
The 5G network is currently being tested internally, according to material on TM’s official website, and there is no timeframe for a commercial 5G rollout. Users must still be patient.
Only two telecoms firms, YTL Yes and TM Unifi, as well as the National Digital Corporation, have inked 5G collaboration agreements thus far.
In December of last year, YTL Yes launched commercial 5G. It announced a new version of the 5G network bundle last week, which includes unlimited use of 4G and 5G networks for just RM58.
The average speed of the domestic 5G network is 666Mbps, according to data released by the National Digital Corporation (DNB). At the moment, 5G networks are available in four Malaysian states: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, and Johor.
