SWITCH launched a “Trade-in program” this month! You can get the latest Apple products with the Trade-in program. Time to exchange a new phone with your old ones this new year! Switch provides two types of Trade-in programs, including “Online Trade-in” and “Retail Trade-in”.
Before Trade-in, please make sure you perform the following steps:
- For iPhone users:
1. Log out of your Cloud, iTunes and App Store, from which you can delete all your personal data and information.
2. Turn off Apple’s “Find My iPhone” function.
3. Go to Settings, then click General> Reset> Erase All Content and Settings.
- For Android users:
1. Log out of your Google account.
2. Erase all content and settings.
“Online Trade-in” program
1. Download “InstaCash” App on the phone you want to Trade-in.
2. Through the application steps in “InstaCash”, you can identify the selling price of Trade-in and decide whether the price is reasonable.
3. After completing the application steps in “InstaCash”, select “Switch – Online Store” as the payment method.
4. After confirmation, “InstaCash” will contact you within 24 hours to collect the phone you want to Trade-in.
5. After the Trade-in is complete, you will receive the Switch’s “Coupon Code” via email within 24 hours.
6. You can shop on Switch official website and enter the “Coupon Code” before checkout to deduct from the total amount.
“Retail Trade-in” program
1. You can request the details of Retail Trade-in at the nearby Switch branch.
2. The Switch staff will assist you.
3. After the Trade-in is completed, you can purchase new Apple products at the Switch branch.

The “Online Trade-in” program only provides mobile Trade-in, while the “Retail Trade-in” program provides mobile phones, iPads and Apple Watches Trade-in. If you are not an Apple user, you can also participate in this Trade-in program! Switch allows you to trade in Samsung, Oppo, Huawei, Xiaomi or Vivo mobile phones as well to exchange an Apple product.
