Loyal Depositors Receive an Extra 1% Bonus from SSPN
Attention to SSPN users who open an account before December 31, 2018! When you make a deposit between February 22 and April 30, 2022, you will receive an additional 1% incentive.
The SSPN is a savings scheme launched by the government to encourage people to save. SSPN depositors will enjoy many benefits such as savings interest, insurance coverage, personal income tax rebates, death benefits, medical coverage, and more.
Users who opened an SSPN account before December 31, 2018, will receive an extra 1% incentive if they deposit at least RM500 between February 22 and April 30, 2022, in order to encourage individuals to deposit money into the account.
SSPN will calculate the 1 percent reward based on the amount deposited by the user during the promotional period. In August, the user’s SSPN account will be automatically rewarded with a 1% bonus.
A maximum of RM8,000 in incentives is available to each user, who must deposit a minimum of RM500 to qualify. Furthermore, customers are not allowed to make a withdrawal from their SSPN accounts between February 22 and July 31, 2022, otherwise they would forfeit the 1% incentive.
Here’s an example to help you understand it better. On February 28, if you deposit RM1,000 into your SSPN account, you will receive a 1% bonus, or RM10.
