EPF Board has gradually updated the status of the member’s application from PERMOHONAN ANDA TELAH DITERIMA to PERMOHONAN ANDA TELAH DILULUSKAN and the system will also directly show the date when the member can receive the payment.
Due to the sheer number of members applying for withdrawal and the fact that the EPF Board has adopted a one-off payment of RM10,000 this time, it will take time for the EPF Board and banks to process the huge amount of money. It may take up to 1 to 3 working days for the funds to be successfully transferred to the member’s bank account.
According to a message from the Employees Provident Fund Board (KWSP), the Special Withdrawal Scheme (Pengeluaran Khas) will be released from 20 April 2022. The withdrawal requests will be approved progressively based on the date of submission of the member’s application and therefore the time for each member to receive the withdrawal money may vary.
Those members who do not have a bank account and have opted to receive Arahan Bayaran will be notified of the time when they will receive their Arahan Bayaran. The EPF Board branch of the member’s choice will also contact the member to clarify matters relating to the collection of Arahan Bayaran.
After collecting the Arahan Bayaran from the EPF Board branch, the member will also need to visit RHB Bank to cash the Arahan Bayaran.
