Singapore to ban non-vaccinated people from certain public places from 2022!

20/11/2021

Singapore will ban opt-outs from certain places from 2022, do you want Malaysia to implement a similar rule?

According to a report in Singapore’s Union-Tribune, the Singapore government will tighten measures for voluntary opt-outs. Those who choose not to be vaccinated will be barred from entering premises with differential measures from January 1, 2022.

Currently, those who choose not to be vaccinated can be tested for coronary artery disease prior to the event if they wish to enter certain public places. However, from 2022 onwards, the person concerned will no longer be able to use the coronary disease test as a substitute for proof of vaccination.

This means that from 2022 onwards only children who have completed vaccination, recovered from coronary disease, cannot be vaccinated for health reasons, and are 12 years old and younger will be able to enter places where the differentiated measures are implemented.

The European country Austria will also make vaccination mandatory from February 1, 2022, and those who do not will be heavily fined.
