Shopee has started rolling out Fast Shipper labels to merchants who regularly mail packages within a day.
Once a merchant becomes a Fast Shipper, the Fast Shipper label will appear on all items. This will help the merchant to stand out from the crowd as customers like to place orders with efficient merchants.
Customers can click on the filter button in the upper right corner when searching for products, and then select Fast Shipper in the Service & Promotion section, and the system will filter out products that have been honored with the Fast Shipper label for customers.
In addition, Shopee has already launched its Instant Delivery service last month, though it is currently only available in the Klang Valley area. After the rider has successfully collected the parcel from the merchant, the parcel will be delivered to the recipient within 2 hours from the time of collection.
In order to use Shopee Instant Delivery service, both the merchant and the recipient must be in the Klang Valley area, and the item must support Instant Delivery service. If you see an item with an Instant Delivery label, then it means that the item is Instant Delivery enabled.
Customers must choose the Instant Delivery shipping method at checkout.Instant Delivery service is available every day from 9am to 9pm, and a ShopeeFood rider will be picking up and delivering the parcel. The distance between the merchant and the recipient must not exceed 30 kilometers, the maximum weight of the parcel is 10 kilograms, and the maximum size of the parcel is 30 X 30 X 30cm.
Instant Delivery’s shipping fee is calculated as follows: RM6 for 0-4km, RM7 for 4-5km, RM8 for 5-6km, RM9 for 6-7km, RM10 for 7-8km, RM11 for 8-9km, and RM12 for 9km-10km, and RM1 for each additional kilometer from 10 to 30km. Shopee APP supports real-time view of rider and parcel going.
