Starting on May 28, 2020, Shopee has standardized air waybills for all logistics partners to ensure a smoother shipping process for sellers.
And to protect the privacy of buyers, Shopee announced that starting October 21, 2021, buyer’s phone number will no longer be displayed on the air waybill for J&T Express and Ninja Van packages.
If a courier needs to contact a buyer, he or she will be able to look up the buyer’s contact number through official system. The buyer’s phone number will no longer be displayed directly on the package as it was previously.
