Shopee has launched the Free Returns feature, where you can choose to return items that don’t suit you and Shopee will cover the return shipping costs.
In order to make online shopping on Shopee more hassle-free for customers, especially when buying clothes, Shopee has launched the Free Returns feature. This feature allows customers to return an item after they have received it with no questions asked. Of course, this only applies to items that have the Free Returns label.
If you are purchasing a Shopee Mall item, you can return the item within 15 days of receiving the package and return the item within 5 days of choosing to return it. For non-Shopee Mall items, you need to return the item within 3 days of receiving the package and return the item within 5 days. Currently Free Returns return merchandise is only available for 2 couriers, which are Pos Laju and J&T.
If you paid by card while shopping online at Shopee, you will receive your refund within 7 to 14 working days after you choose to return the item. As for payments made using Online Banking, ShopeePay or at a convenience store, you will be able to receive a refund within 24 hours.
Return requests may be refused if the tags of the item have been torn off, or if the item is returned incomplete and the item is visibly damaged.
