Shopee is changing its terms and conditions of use frequently, and the latest change is to the conditions for using free shipping vouchers and cashback coupons.
According to Shopee users, Shopee no longer allows users to use both Free Shipping Vouchers and Cashback Vouchers at the same time.
Users can only choose between Free Shipping Voucher and Cashback Voucher. This also means that users can no longer use Cashback Vouchers after using Free Shipping Vouchers, and they can no longer use Free Shipping Vouchers after using Cashback Vouchers.
Previously Shopee has quietly changed the conditions of the free shipping coupon, which means that West Malaysia users will still need to pay RM1.50 shipping fee after using the free shipping coupon and East Malaysia users will still need to pay RM2 shipping fee.
